Double edged?

The Democrats have taken control of Congress (cringe) and now they are pledging, among other things, to cut the interest rate on federal student loans in half (eyebrow raise). So weigh in, does the good outweigh the bad for conservative college students? Based on job cycles, in two years it might be a great time to be applying for jobs as a conservative.

Bizarre and Politically Correct Courses

Looking for something interesting to take as an elective? The Young America's Foundation has released "The Dirty Dozen: America’s Most Bizarre and Politically Correct College Courses." Various schools ranging from John Hopkins to Cornell are offering classes on such topics as adultery novels, lesbian pulp fiction, the phallus, blackness, and Philippine history within the context of mail-order brides. Back to Work

Dear readers,
For a long time I managed to keep my hand in the blogosphere with a weekly piece. Although I fell off somewhat (that is to say, completely) in my last term, I will now return to writing at least one article a week, the first of which is now up under the features section.
